The quintessential New York slice is HERE and it is too beautiful for words… but we’ll try anyway. After immigrating to the US from Naples in the mid 1950s, Pino “Joe” Pozzuoli opened a little pizza shop in the heart of the Village and the diets of New Yorkers have never been the same. Joe’s Pizza’s signature slice is the epitome of pizza nirvana: an ultra thin crust that’s light and crispy for maximum foldability, fresh tomato sauce and a layer of ooey, gooey cheese that’ll melt your heart.

For over a year, we worked beside Joe’s and their crew, testing, prodding and gaining many a pound to ensure that the pizza you dive into at home is the same as in New York, minus the subway rumbling beneath your feet.
