Local character and Key lime aficionado, Kermit Carpenter, opened his Key lime everything shop over 25 years ago. And we seriously mean Key lime everything… cookies, fudge, taffy & more. But they’re best known for Kermit’s Key lime pie which he bakes using local Key lime juice. Located on the historic Key West Bight (where you can often find Kermit jokingly pretending to toss pies at tourists), Kermit’s Key Lime Shoppe is the real deal.
