Choose to Mail a Physical Gift Card or Email a Digital E-Gift Card
The first step is to decide if you’d like to mail physical gift cards directly to each recipient, or would prefer to send them as digital e-gift cards via email. If you’re ordering less than 10 gift cards, or need to get them fast, visit our Gift Cards page for Self-Service.
To mail Physical Gift Cards, download our Ship Gifts Order Form and enter in each recipient’s shipping info. You can include a personalized gift message for each recipient that will be printed and included with each gift card. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the U.S. and Canada, and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. And if you’d like all your gift cards to be delivered to one address, there’s no need to fill out the form; just contact our team and let us know the address.
To send Digital Gift Cards via email, download our E-Gift Card Order form and enter in each recipient’s email address, along with a personalized gift message. This is a great option if you don’t have everyone’s mailing address, or are unsure if they’ll be home to check their mailbox. If you’d prefer to distribute e-gift codes to your recipients directly, you don’t need to fill out this form; just contact our team to work out the details.
Place Your Gift Card Order
Once you’ve decided which type of gift card to send and filled out the corresponding form, send your completed order form to our Concierge Team and we’ll be in touch within 1-2 days. Your Concierge will confirm the recipients and your preferred delivery date. If your order is time-sensitive, be sure to let us know!
Your concierge will then provide you with an invoice and a secure online payment link, and once payment is completed your order will begin processing. You’ll receive a tracking sheet so you can follow the status of your shipments. And if you ordered E-Gift Cards, your concierge will confirm once all the gift emails have been delivered to your recipients.
