Choosing a Perfect Gift For Your List

Choose to Email E-Gifts or Ship Food Gifts
We offer two options for delivery of your gifts: You can ship the gift directly to your recipients’ mailing address, or you can choose to send it to them as an E-Gift!
Sending an E-Gift is a great option If you don’t have everyone’s home address, or aren’t sure if they will be home to accept the delivery. It’s the easiest way to gift – all you need is their email address, and they’ll receive a beautiful gift email that lets them choose their preferred delivery date. To send your gifts as an E-Gift, download our E-Gifts Order form.
With E-Gifts, all you need is their email address and we’ll take care of the rest!

- Gift delivery date & address are entered by recipient
- Recipient can swap their gift for a similarly-priced item
To Ship Your Gifts Directly, download our Ship Gifts Order Form and enter in your recipients’ shipping info. You can also include a personalized gift message for each recipient. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the U.S. and Canada, and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Place Your Gift Order
Once you’ve decided which type of gift to send and filled out the corresponding form, send your completed order form to our Concierge Team, and we will be in touch within 1-2 days. Your concierge will confirm your gift selection, the amount of recipients, the delivery region(s), and your preferred delivery date. If your order is time-sensitive, be sure to let us know!
Once all the details are confirmed, your concierge will contact the food maker to place your order and confirm the delivery timeframe. If you are ordering for 50 or more recipients, please contact our concierge team before completing your order form, just to make sure that the food maker will be able to fulfill your order (some are pretty small and have limited capacity). Don’t worry: If not, we’ll work with you to find the perfect gift!
Your concierge will then provide you with an invoice and a secure online payment link, and once payment is completed your order will begin processing. You’ll receive a tracking sheet so you can follow the status of your deliveries. And if you ordered E-Gifts, your concierge will confirm once all the gift emails have been delivered to your recipients.
