We’re featuring 100 of these national treasures who have made a lasting impact on American food culture. From century-old institutions to world-famous regional icons, beloved local mom & pop shops, and “icons in the making,” these honorees define regions, create cult followings, and serve up obsession-worthy flavors, one plate at a time.

With each purchase made from July 1-7, you’ll receive a $50 gift voucher – because the easiest way to celebrate these restaurants is to keep discovering what makes them extraordinary.

National Restaurant Week Criteria

At Goldbelly, we believe America’s greatest foods are made by passionate, talented makers, multi-generational families and famous and up & coming chefs – in every town and every region, all across the country.

For our inaugural National Restaurant Week, we set out to honor the most impactful restaurants that have defined American food. Lines were drawn and re-drawn to capture the stories of the iconic restaurants that make America’s food scene what it is. Controversial? Probably. Debatable? Definitely. Maybe you agree with our picks, maybe you have your own top contenders—and we’d love to hear them. Join us as we explore, enjoy, and – most of all – support America’s most iconic restaurants.
