Adrian Davila, Davila’s third generation owner, is TV’s latest buzzed-about pitmaster, learning the craft from his grandfather who opened this BBQ haven in 1959. Davila’s BBQ does everything in-house—whether that’s breaking down beef for the famed hot links or sauces inspired by Latino flavors. It’s the hot links, however, that are the favorite here—a sausage Adrian’s grandfather learned to craft from his family and sold to local restaurants before opening his own.
